A Compulsory Donation For Sinning And Missing Fast
Fasting during Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam and is highly revered by Muslims all over the world. All adult Muslims who break their fast during Ramadan without a justification are required to pay kaffara. According to the holy Quran, any Muslim adult who is mentally sound and nevertheless intentionally breaks a Ramadan fast without a valid reason is committing a serious sin. It further claims that the Muslim would experience divine wrath and punishment for this transgression both in this world and the next.
